I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Couple & Family Therapist with more than 20 years of experience providing evidence-based therapy for anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship concerns, grief and perinatal mental health. I work with individuals, couples and families across Australia through private practice, telehealth and EAP support. My approach is warm, collaborative and practical. Clients often tell me they feel safe and understood quickly, and that they leave sessions with clarity, emotional relief and tools they can use straight away. I offer both short-term, solution-focused counselling and longer-term therapeutic support, depending on what you need.
