Bethany Chatfield
Bethany is a compassionate and empathetic psychologist currently working towards clinical endorsement. She has several years experience working in private practice supporting children, adolescents, and adults. Bethany has a special interest in supporting women transitioning into motherhood who may feel a sense of identity loss, late diagnosed or querying neurodivergent women, and parents of neurodivergent children. Bethany employs a neuroaffirming and client-centred approach to her practice, drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and committment therapy (ACT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and attachment focused frameworks.
