Catia Dias-da-Costa

Catia is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Catia has extensive experience working with parents, children, adolescents and young adults and has helped families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and challenging family situations. She is a neuro-affirming practitioner, using a solution-focused approach, and her therapeutic framework draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Attachment Theory.
