Charlotte Morrison
Charlotte has worked as a psychologist with families since 2007, including in private practice, school psychology, and the family assessment space. She has a particular interest in attachment processes and early life trauma, and is passionate about helping mothers grow through the perinatal period. Charlotte incorporates a range of therapeutic frameworks into her work, including acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. However, her overarching goal is to develop authentic connections with mothers, and help them navigate the changes and challenges of building a family.
