Claire Dicarlo

Counsellor

Claire Dicarlo

Claire is a counsellor specialising in motherhood. Her passion for counselling was ignited by her own transition into parenthood, when receiving support made an enormous difference in those early, vulnerable months. She now enjoys walking alongside other parents to navigate the messy, magical early years with more self-compassion and less guilt. Claire facilitates evidence-based parenting programs including Circle of Security, and has completed extensive training, including Neuroprotective Developmental Care (Possums). She is also deeply passionate about supporting neurodiverse families through an affirming, strengths-based lens. Being late-diagnosed herself (raising an amazing autistic child), Claire brings rich lived experience to her calm, compassionate practice.
