Rachael Healey
Rachael is a warm and compassionate clinical psychologist who has several years of experience working in public mental health supporting adults from a diverse range of backgrounds. She provides person-centred and trauma-informed care, drawing on a range of evidenced-based approaches including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based therapy, motivational interviewing, and attachment-focused frameworks. Rachael can support people with various concerns, including navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, emotion dysregulation, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and trauma. She has a particular interest supporting people across the perinatal period, including the journey towards conception and pregnancy and the transition into parenthood. Rachael has completed further training in the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE) Applied Skills in Perinatal Mental Health Assessment and Care.
