Sophia Endersbee

Sophia is a warm and compassionate psychologist committed to supporting individuals as they navigate the challenges that can arise during the perinatal period. Guided by best-practice research and centred on each client’s needs and preferences, she draws on a range of therapeutic approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Process-Based Therapy (PBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapies, and attachment-based approaches, all through a trauma-informed lens. Sophia warmly welcomes people of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and cultural backgrounds, recognising the unique experiences that shape each person’s story. She has experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and neurodiversity. Through empathy, compassion, and practical support, Sophia aims to empower individuals to build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with their personal values.
